U19 Women

The Australian U19 Women's team, Aussie Pride, are ranked 3rd in the world following their bronze medal performance at the ISF X Junior Women’s World Championship held in Canada in 2013.

 

Players are selected from the respective age related Australian Championships for the program with a view to developing potential players for the Australian Open Women's Team, Aussie Spirit, in the future.

 

 

 

 

Their significant achievements to date include:

  • >  Bronze medal 1995, 2003, 2007 and 2013 ISF Junior Women's World Championships
  • >  Second at the Southern Cross Challenge 2010

 

Aussie Pride compete regularly on the international stage, their competition schedule includes ISF Junior Women's World Championships, International Youth Series and tours.

 

Shane Hughes is the Head Coach of the Aussie Pride team.
